Delivery Information

Shipping Instructions

I. Core Principle: Merchants are responsible for shipping.

Platform Role: This platform acts as a sales and promotion platform, providing transaction matching services for buyers and sellers. The sale, shipping, delivery, and after-sales service of goods are all provided by the merchants registered on the platform. The platform does not directly store, sell, or transport any goods.

Merchant Responsibility: Each merchant is responsible for processing orders and arranging shipment within the promised timeframe. The timeframes stipulated in this policy are the platform's basic requirements for merchants; please refer to the instructions on each product page or in the merchant's store for specific timeframes.

II. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe
All timeframes are calculated from the date of successful payment by the buyer (extended during holidays).

Order Processing Time: All merchants must complete the review, preparation, and shipment arrangements within 3 business days after successful order payment.

During large-scale promotional events, processing time may be extended; please pay attention to the merchant's announcements.

Shipping Timeframe: Local Delivery: If the merchant and buyer are located in the same country/region, the merchant should use local logistics. The estimated delivery time is usually within 3-5 business days. Cross-border Delivery: If the merchant and buyer are located in different countries/regions, the merchant will use international logistics services. The estimated delivery time is typically around 15 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery time may be extended due to force majeure events such as customs inspections at the destination, holidays, weather conditions, and pandemics.

Physical Store Merchant Delivery Arrangements: The store and customer will arrange in-store pickup; delivery arrangements are not involved. Physical store merchants can choose between in-store pickup or delivery arrangements with customers, and delivery is arranged individually by the physical store merchant.

III. Shipping Costs, Customs Duties, and Taxes

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are set and collected by the merchant. Shipping standards (including free shipping policies) vary depending on the merchant and product; please review them carefully before placing an order.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

Buyer's Responsibility: Import duties, value-added tax, customs fees, and other applicable taxes are borne by the buyer. Neither the platform nor the merchant can control these costs.

Customs Clearance: Customs clearance for your package is handled by the customs authorities of your country. The logistics company or customs may contact you to request information (such as ID number, tax ID, etc.) to complete clearance. Please ensure you provide accurate recipient information and respond to requests promptly.

IV. Receiving and Problem Handling

Accurate Address: Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address resulting in delivery failure, loss, or return will be borne by the buyer.

Signing Recommendations: We recommend checking the outer packaging of the package for damage before signing. If serious damage is found, take photos as evidence and refuse delivery, immediately contacting the merchant and platform customer service.

Package Issues: If the package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the merchant through the platform first. The merchant is responsible for initiating investigations and claims with the logistics carrier they use. The platform will assist in monitoring this process to ensure the merchant provides you with a solution.

V. Platform Support Role
Although logistics are entirely the responsibility of the merchant, this platform promises to: Establish rules requiring merchants to comply with the processing and delivery timelines stipulated in this policy.

Monitor merchant service performance and take administrative action against those that fail to meet standards.

When you encounter communication difficulties with a merchant regarding logistics issues, the platform's customer service will intervene to coordinate and assist both parties in resolving the problem.

VI. Disclaimer
The platform and merchants are not directly liable for delays or losses caused by the following reasons:
Delayed inspection or detention by customs in the destination country.

Incorrect, incomplete, or untimely customs clearance information provided by the buyer.

Force majeure events such as war, riots, strikes, natural disasters, and pandemics.

Logistics congestion caused by peak holiday periods.

VII. Policy Modification
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The modified policy will take effect immediately upon publication. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
