Terms and Conditions
1. Orders and Purchases
Confirmation Terms: Once an order is confirmed, the pickup location, delivery method, or order details generally cannot be changed.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide true and accurate information and verify the information and product quantity themselves.
Restricted Resale: Some merchants restrict the sale of goods to end consumers only and prohibit resale.
2. Payment and Pricing
Pricing Terms: Product prices are as shown online on the day of purchase.
Payment Methods: Credit cards (such as Visa/MasterCard/UnionPay) and electronic payments (such as Alipay/WeChat Pay) are accepted.
3. Receipt and Pickup
In-Store Pickup: Generally, after order confirmation, pickup must be completed within a specified period (e.g., 14 days), otherwise the order may be cancelled.
Delivery Service: Service time is estimated. The merchant may not be liable for delays caused by force majeure.
4. Goods Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, customers should immediately check that the recipient's information is correct, that the received goods match the order, and that the goods are undamaged.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
Damage/Defects: If the goods are defective or sent to the wrong address, the seller should usually bear the return shipping costs. Specific details need to be agreed upon with the merchant.
6. Services and Disclaimers
Privacy Protection: Merchants will use customer data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Terms Revision: Merchants reserve the right to revise the terms without prior notice.
